Lady Bears 4-0 in ASH Tournament

Great pitching, solid defense and timely hitting allowed the Lady Bears to defeat Loyola Prep 12-2, Logansport 1-0, Many 6-1 and Block 9-4. Junior Tiffani Chew replaced injured Kelly Wytcherly on the mound to lead the way for all four victories. Bolton improved record to 10-3 on the season. Congratulations Lady Bears!

From The Town Talk February 19, 2010 - Alexandria native R. Hunter Pierson Jr. presided over Mardi Gras in New Orleans on Tuesday, Feb. 16, serving as Rex, king of Carnival. Pierson, 58, of New Orleans is a 1969 graduate of Bolton High School.
