What is the secret to be fit and stay in shape?

"First you have to love the package you have. I tell the kids 'take what you are blessed with and make the best you can.' I'm never going to be tall like Cindy Crawford or some of these models. I just have to be happy with what I have and what God has blessed me with. I just take it from there and try to do something everyday and if I missed a day, don't beat yourself up, just pick up the next day. That's what happens a lot of times with kids; if they aren't successful, they put themselves down, they fuss and they give up. Don't give up; say 'I messed up' that's OK. Move on. The sun is going to come up tomorrow and it's a new day."
